Managing Director
Trisha graduated with Cum Laude for Honours Bachelor of Commerce, specialising in Business and Marketing Management from the University of South Africa. She has gained 17 years of global experience in the wellness industry, having worked in South Africa, United Kingdom and the Middle East specialising in business management, brand development, environmental design and project management. She has spent the last 10 years designing and building wellness and fitness facilities for Leisure Direct’s elite client portfolio.
Trisha is a wellness enthusiast with a passion for wellness and living a healthy lifestyle. She also holds a certification in professional personal training, nutrition and physical conditioning.

As a graduate of London Business School and acquiring a business management degree in Sports Management and Marketing, LC certification – CTI and a PT diploma from Alliance. His professional career began in sports management while based in Los Angeles, California in 1998. Having worked in the U.S, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates he has played an integral part of establishing three successful businesses within the United Arab Emirates with commercial focus in design, project management, sports facility management and wellness technology industries. Ross is a fitness and wellness enthusiast with over 19 Years of global experience in the industry. His personal goals in fitness has driven him win the South African Nabba Body Building competition and play rugby for South Africa and the Arabian Gulf. Ross believes that the key to leading a successful business is leading by example and incorporating wellness into the working environment to create a sense of work, life and balance.
